S.T.E.P.S. program is a tool for parents and students. L.E.A.D. understands the importance of education, but most importantly L.E.A.D understands the need for students to have a guide throughout  their middle school and high school years that will yield promising educational tenure. L.E.A.D. has developed this program to motivate the child that sits in the classroom and encourage the parent who wants more for their child.
